Ampeak’s interim results show a period of delivery as the company moves towards completion of the AW1 project and continues to develop its pipeline of battery energy storage systems. Post period end, cash has been boosted by the transaction with JBR Energy allowing capital to be recycled towards developing this pipeline and the transaction consideration points to strong value in the company in our view.
