Mobile Streams rises 33% to 0.77p a share

Mobile Streams (MOS) FOLLOW rises after an announcement it is partnering with Reliance Jio, India’s largest 4g network, to provide HTML5 games content for their JioGames store. 

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams said: "We are delighted to be partnering with the world's fastest growing telecom company, Reliance Jio. We are very impressed with the impact they have had on the Indian mobile economy and the range of products they have launched in the market.”

“All games are monetised through advertising campaigns, since launch in June last year, over 200 million ads have been served across three titles, with a further three titles expected to be launched in January.”

Sound Energy rises 19% to 25p a share

Sound Energy (SOU)  FOLLOW shares rose following the release of an update on its TE-10 site in Eastern Morocco. The company potentially identified the presence of additional thin bedded net pay within the gross reservoir interval between 1899m MD to 2009m MD. 

It also recovered a gas sample from one pay interval, confirming the presence of moveable hydrocarbons in the reservoir. 

The company now plans to conduct a well test over the reservoir interval during February 2019, after rig de-mobilisation and mobilisation of the necessary testing equipment.

Nektan rises 14% to 16p a share

Nektan plc (NKTN) FOLLOW rose following the release of its Q2 trading update. 

The gaming technology platform and services provider posted revenues had increased 28.4% to £8.6m in Q2. Nektan's technology also generated over £222.5m in Cash Wagers, up from £182.4m in Q1 FY19, representing a 22% increase. 

The company also said is also in advanced discussions to sell 57.5 per cent of the issued share capital of its US subsidiary, Respin, to a third party for total consideration of £2.0 million in cash.

Lucy Buckley, Chief Executive Officer of Nektan, said: "This record-breaking quarter for the Group has not only highlighted that we have made significant enhancements to our technology, but we are becoming a firmly established business that is on track to be profitable in our core European business by the end of this financial year ending 30 June 2019.

Bowleven rises 18% to 31.79p a share

Bowleven (BLVN) FOLLOW announced today it approved a special dividend of £50m, (15p per share). 

The company completed the two well drilling campaign in October 2018, and expects to receive $25m at Final Investment Decision on Etinde, expecting a payment of $25m from JV partners. 

The Company intends to pay the dividend on 8th February 2019 to those shareholders on the register on 18th January 2019.
